503 Bloomhouse is a song of two sisters' hearts—designed to be a place of
beauty, discovery, and play for women of every age.

ALL IN A NAME
503

Growing up, our mom was the epitome of beauty to us.

It was easy to watch her and quietly hope and imagine that someday we too, could grow up to become a woman like her—beautiful, grace-filled, and effortlessly glamorous. Her beauty was just as much about kindness, hospitality, and generosity as it was anything else. With signature, red lipstick, red nails, and an authentic style that was all her own, our mom was captivating.

In March of 2021, she stepped into Heaven. Learning to navigate life without her has not been easy, but since that time, significant moments have been stamped with her presence in a divine manner... even our store.

Dreamt up since 2016, a place we always called "Bloomhouse," we never imagined she would not physically be here with us. She would have welcomed you with her smile and played dress-up alongside us, but with Heaven smiling down, and on all the days of the year, our first store was signed over to us on her birthday, May 3rd (5.03).

As it turns out, Bloomhouse was always real. It is a place where women come alive and step into their beauty in altogether new ways. We just didn't know there was a part of our name missing because there was a difficult part of our story that we had not yet lived.

503 Bloomhouse is a dream realized and a redemption story to our hearts. Serving so many beautiful women through hospitality and beauty, just as our mom modeled for us, is one of the great joys of our lives. This store was dreamt about with you in our hearts. Today, it lives on with our mom tucked within our hearts, cheering us.

THE SISTERS

Kristie & Alexa

Born and raised in a small Montana town with no high fashion, Kristie was introduced to style by her mother. She developed a love for it at a young age. In college, she pursued a business degree but started a vintage clothing business to scratch her creative itch, launching e-commerce, wholesaling to boutiques, and planning events. She later landed a position with Oscar de la Renta in New York, where she discovered her passion for combining fashion with purpose to make an impact.

Kristie and her sister were asked to design a jewelry collection to employ women in Cambodia, at risk of human trafficking. That “Yes” changed her life. Kristie spent years creating a job program for women in Cambodia and advocating for trafficking victims. Eventually, she exhibited the jewelry line in New York, marking a full-circle moment where fashion and purpose merged. At that moment, her dream was realized: to build a fashion house employing women worldwide and designing impactful products.

Kristie always dreamed of owning a business to fund that vision, and 503 Bloomhouse, is the dream she and her sister brought to life—and just the beginning.

Growing up in majestic Montana, Alexa has always been hard-wired for beauty. With her mother as her first style icon and her dress-up box as her most beloved possession, fashion became a lens through which to experience the world. While rarely the loudest in the room by volume, Alexa's love of fashion has often had loud and memorable archives. After several chapters in big cities, traveling the world, and now making Franklin home, it was only a matter of time before Alexa would open the doors to her first store with her sister Kristie. (Their entrepreneurial endeavors began circa 1993 with endless play businesses and have basically never stopped.)

As sisters, the love of gorgeous, unique, and quality pieces has always been their love language. The joy of 503 Bloomhouse is that it would feel like a dream closet, where you feel truly beautiful and anything is possible. It's also the beginning of a business built to bring much beauty to women around the world.

With the stories yet to be told and the designs yet to be created, 503 is a house of fashion and dreams. Much like her dress-up box always was.

You have to appreciate every single day that you're alive. Life is a little bit like a garden—you have to find time to plant the seeds for beautiful flowers to grow.
