How do you certify that items are authentic?

We take great care so that you can shop for luxury resale with peace of mind and joy. Every item is inspected for quality, and we only accept items that we can ensure are authentic. 

We are backed by the global leader in authenticating luxury goods, which utilizes technology developed by a highly credentialed team of data scientists. After we review the item in-store, it undergoes a rigorous inspection, using microscopic images and artificial intelligence to analyze millions of data points across luxury authentication, delivering an objective decision. Finally, all results are verified by industry experts, before the certificate of authenticity is issued.

How does the consignment process work?

What if I don't live in the Franklin or Nashville area?

We have lots of long-distance friends. If you'd like to consign, please complete an intake form so we can contact you. If we are a good fit, we will provide you with a shipping label, and you can ship your items to us. Any items that we do not accept, will be shipped back to you at your request and expense.

Do you make house calls?

Occasionally, yes. If you are an existing designer or have a large number of items to consign and would prefer us to come to you, please complete an intake form and indicate your preference.

What types of items are you looking for?

We specialize in high-end luxury goods, including Hermès, Chanel, Gucci, and Louis Vuitton (to name a few), as well as contemporary brands, such as Veronica Beard, Khaite, Ganni, Self-Portrait, Ulla Johnson, and many more.

We accept luxury handbags, accessories, apparel, and shoes that our sales floor- ready and in good to excellent condition. We curate our selection seasonally and always accept all season items, such as luxury, handbags and accessories.

We have an affinity for luxury, vintage goods, and one-of-a-kind pieces, so we are not limited to names or new collections alone. Quality, luxury, and beauty are the consistent standards by which we curate.

How long do you keep items?

We keep your items for 3 to 6 months, depending on style and seasonality. After that time, your items may be picked up or donated. We may also pull items before this time period at our discretion. You may contact us to pick up items at any time.

If an item has been on the sales floor for the duration and has not sold, consigners will be notified by email and asked to pick up any remaining merchandise. In some cases, items may be pulled and returned to you before the 90 day period. Any items left after 10 days of being contacted become the property of 503 Bloom house and may be donated to charity.

Do you accept returns?

We always aim to help you find pieces you love. As such, all sales are final, and we do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please keep in mind that this is primarily for the consideration of our consignors.
