ABOUT THE ROLE


As a Store Experience and Sales Lead, you will be a key driver of sales by offering a highly hospitable environment, building relationships, and providing an elevated selling experience, while becoming a trusted style confidante and friend. 


503 Bloomhouse serves customers primarily through our highly curated luxury brick-and-mortar store, as well as through social media and live selling channels. You will drive sales, faciliate consignment intake, and operate the tasks necessary for daily operations of the store with ownership and care. You will be a steward and ambassador of everything that is the world of 503 Bloomhouse with a heart for people, beauty, and excellence. 

This is a ground-level position that works directly alongside the co-founders, which requires a highly dependable, passionate, and personable individual. With the right skills and dedication, this position has the potential to grow into a long-term leadership position within the company.
