ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Store Experience and Sales Lead, you will be a key driver of sales by offering a highly hospitable environment, building relationships, and providing an elevated selling experience, while becoming a trusted style confidante and friend.
503 Bloomhouse serves customers primarily through our highly curated luxury brick-and-mortar store, as well as through social media and live selling channels. You will drive sales, faciliate consignment intake, and operate the tasks necessary for daily operations of the store with ownership and care. You will be a steward and ambassador of everything that is the world of 503 Bloomhouse with a heart for people, beauty, and excellence.
This is a ground-level position that works directly alongside the co-founders, which requires a highly dependable, passionate, and personable individual. With the right skills and dedication, this position has the potential to grow into a long-term leadership position within the company.

You will never be asked to do things we ourselves haven’t done or don’t regularly do. Highly adaptable: this role will be built around clear systems and structure, but is subject to dynamic needs, special events, client appointments and deliveries, among other factors.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Steward the daily operations of the store with excellence: opening and closing duties, sales transactions, maintaining store and merchandise presentation, communicating with customers and consignors.
Serving every guest with a highly personable and high level of service through warmth, hospitality, product knowledge, and relationship building.
Consignment intake and ensuring consignors are welcomed, cared for, and onboarded with ease and excellence. Ensure that all products are accounted for according to intake processes and procedures.
Maintain the store and products sales floor-ready
Assist in special in-store and/or off-site events, which will be communicated in advance.
Assist in the production of livestream selling shows
Aid in the shipping of products, as needed.
Assist in the creation of content for the brand and socials, as needed.
Remain adaptable as needs arise with a joyful spirit.
Report directly to the co-owners and co-founders of 503 Bloomhouse.
